Our Service Includes Professionally Photographed and Designed Brochures In print and on the web with Slideshow Style Virtual Tour.

  • Online hosted slideshow style virtual tour that you can link to the MLS, Realtor.com, and your website.
  • We do all the work leaving you more time for the essentials helping your buyers and sellers.
  • We will make an appointment for a photo shoot at your convenience. We typically take between 50 and 80 digital photos.
  • We enhance the photo images. We sharpen, adjust color balance, crop, and frame each photo individually to make the best presentation in print and on the web.
  • We correct lens and perspective distortion. Our verticals are vertical!
  • For selected interior and exterior shots we use HDR Photography to enhance the image.
  • We re-take exterior photos for season changes at no extra charge. Need snow? Need fall colors?
  • Need room sizes? Just ask. We will measure room dimensions before you input to the MLS.

What Realtors  Need To Know

 

We give you a CD-ROM with all images in two size formats. You can use them for newspaper ads or other marketing efforts.
We survey the home. We take room measurements and note all the features and amenities of the home and community.
We compose an individually designed brochure typically 3 to 5 pages or more depending on the size of the home.

Printed copies of your brochure we provide a Microsoft Publisher master file that you can use to make as many copies as you need. We provide 5 color prints so you can get started marketing right away.

We create a slideshow virtual tour on the web that you can refer to in your advertisements. You can add the tour link to your website, the MLS, Home Search, and Realtor.com.
